Service Description: <div style='text-align:Left;'><div><div><p><span>This data was generally mapped from various printed maps and lists of City streets that were selected for various CIP resurfacing projects. SANGIS road data was used as a base for drawing the roads that were resurfaced as part of a CIP street rehabilitation. Completion dates from the Notices of Completion or other similar document of the resurfaced roads and associated CIP project were input to determine the start of the moratorium timeframe. The end of the moratorium timeframe is determined as follows; 1 year from completion for Slurry Seal treatments, 3 years from completion for Overlay treatments, and 5 years from completion for Full Depth Reclamation (FDR).</span></p><p><span>This data should be used as a preliminary tool for determining active moratoriums on City streets. This data does not include proposed or upcoming street resurfacing projects that may have an active moratorium once work is complete. Please contact City Engineering - CIP division about upcoming resurfacing projects at (760) 435-4373.</span></p></div></div></div>
